Notes:  Feeling calm going into meditation today, but started to feel a little bored near the end.

Notes:  Definitely having resistance issues. Hard to get myself to commit to practicing everyday. Concentration still isn’t what it could be either. Just trucking along for now.

Notes:  I left it until too late in the day. Bad headache and focus problems, so ended up cutting it short.

Notes:  Doing a tiny bit better with focus. I really need to get sitting everyday. Having some sleepiness due to stress induced insomnia from having to deal with the worst week ever. But, still got some sense of stillness from this sitting.

Notes:  No physical discomfort except for a little tension in the shoulders. Having trouble not worrying about a minor issue I’m having with my car. Some difficulty with focus and feeling a little sleepy.

Experience:  Started with a short amount of time because it’s my first time sitting for a couple of months. Didn’t have any physical discomfort but did have a bad case of monkey-mind. Some anxiety as manifested by a pounding heart.

As a way to keep myself on track with my meditation I decided to record my sessions on my blog. This is mostly for me so I can hold myself accountable and write about anything interesting that comes up during meditation.
